Log into your Gusti account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund or replacement.
